Mike has 30 years experience in primary care in a successful innovative practice, and set up an integrated pharmacy. He has a passion for, and been involved in, medical education in many ways, especially as an enthusiastic GP trainer and Trainer tutor for over 20 years, facilitating on a variety of courses. He has been involved as a coach and a number of types of consultancy in and around the NHS. He is keen to maximise potential and solve problems. Mike has been involved in organisation development and change management in many guises and had a number of leadership roles, latterly as a locality lead and PCN Clinical Director.
