David, Nicki, Sally and Mike are a group of Four health professionals (3 doctors and a nurse) who have each, over many years, committed to working with and supporting doctors, health professionals and healthcare teams. We initially came together through our work in education (working with GP trainers) and supporting GP practices. While we each have had different personal and professional journeys in developing our experience we have found our approaches complementary and the support we can offer each others work invaluable. While we each work independently with individuals, teams, practices, PCNs and other medical groups; we share a commitment to supporting and developing each other in the most effective ways of facilitating colleagues (and their teams in both primary and secondary care). We find our mutual peer support invaluable to our work, giving us collective access to a wider range of skills and understanding than just one of us would have.
